The MaloufMail permission marketing system allows you to contact your customers, members, buyers and others via e-mail with a sophisticated yet simple-to-use communication tool.

In addition to allowing subscribers to sign up online, MaloufMail administrators can easily update their lists by uploading CSV files of new subscribers. This allows the administrator to add additional names if they were collected with permission via other direct marketing means other than through the website.
- Automatic Purging of E-Mail Addresses from Bounced Messages
MaloufMail will automatically purge from your database the bad or incorrect e-mail addresses from non-deliverable messages.
- Message Personalization
MaloufMail provides mail merge capability that allows permission marketers to personalize their messages, such as addressing each message to a user's first or full name, based on the information used to create the list, such as first and last names.
- Effective Tracking of Mailing Results
Performed in real time, tracking results are provided for each mailing that displays the total number sent, the number read, and the number of unread messages. The user can also view and search which subscribers (by email address) have opened the message to view it.
- Unsubscribed address tool
Subscribers click a link at the bottom of their message to remove their name from the list and to no longer receive mailings. MaloufMail administrators can view a list of the unsubscribed e-mail addresses for record keeping purposes.
